1-Week Contract | Service Desk / Desktop Support (Level 1–2)

Looking for a short, sharp contract that you can slot in easily? We're seeking a capable Level 1–2 Service Desk / Desktop Support professional to step in and support a busy end-user environment for just one week.
This is ideal for contractors who are:
* Between roles
* Wrapping up another contract
* Looking for a quick, well-paid engagement with immediate impact
The Role You'll provide hands-on Level 1–2 support across a modern Microsoft environment, handling a mix of:
* Service Desk enquiries via Jira, Teams, email and phone
* Remote support using TeamViewer
* Onsite desk-side support when required at Dutton Park or Coopers Plains
* User support across Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and OneDrive
* Basic desktop, hardware and connectivity troubleshooting
* Supporting user onboarding and offboarding
What We're Looking For
* Experience in Level 1–2 Service Desk or Desktop Support
* Solid Microsoft 365 administration and user account management
* Strong Windows OS and desktop support experience
* Familiarity with Jira Service Management or similar ITSM tools
* Confident supporting remote users
* Clear communication and a strong customer-first mindset
* Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
