* Provide holistic care promoting resident independence and informed choice.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised care plans.
* Supervise personal carer teams to ensure best practice delivery of high-quality care.
* Identify, manage, and report clinical risks and respond effectively to emergencies.
Requirements:
Registered nurses with current registration or those nearing completion of their studies are invited to apply. Proven experience in aged care is highly regarded.
