About the Position:
Take ownership of files from first consult to resolution—draft Calderbank offers, brief counsel, appear at mediations and in Court, and advise on strategy for disputes spanning caveats, off-the-plan contracts and Security-of-Payment claims. You’ll also foster relationships at networking events to grow the practice.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years post-admission in litigation (property and/or construction law)
- Strong written advocacy and commercial acumen
- Confidence to work independently yet collaborate in a tight team
