The Business Process Lead will drive the end-to-end business process workstream for an enterprise transformation migrating from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM, EPM). This role is accountable for leading process discovery, challenging and improving current ways of working, and designing a fit-to-standard future state aligned to Oracle Fusion capabilities and organizational strategy. This is not a "process scribe" role. The successful candidate will be expected to facilitate critical assessment, identify process and control gaps, recommend pragmatic improvements, and partner with business and technical stakeholders to deliver an adoptable, compliant, and measurable future-state operating model. Strong understanding of Oracle ERP processes and capabilities (e.g., Financials, Procurement, Projects, Supply Chain—depending on scope). Exposure to or working knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM and/or EPM and how they integrate end-to-end with ERP. Demonstrated ability to critically assess, simplify, and improve processes—balancing business needs with standard platform capabilities. Strong facilitation skills: able to run workshops, manage conflict, and guide stakeholders to decisions. Ability to create clear, structured artefacts (process maps, decision logs, requirements, fit-gap analysis, RACI). Excellent communication skills—able to translate between business, functional consultants, and technical teams. The role would suit a high level BA that's moved into working on Oracle EBS to Fusion transformation projects - or a funtcional architect that is business process driven.
