 
        
        What You'll Be Doing:
 * Managing the store's daily operations – from stock control to staff scheduling
 * Delivering exceptional customer experiences with a friendly, helpful attitude
 * Handling phone and tablet repairs (full training provided – no experience needed)
 * Visual merchandising to keep the store looking sharp and inviting
 * Training and mentoring new team members
 * Working closely with the owner on ongoing growth and improvements
 * Managing sales targets, inventory control, customer service, repairs supervision, and financial reporting as part of daily operations leadership
What We're Looking For:
 * Someone who's proactive, reliable, and ready to take ownership
 * Interest in long-term career development and growing with the business
 * Customer service experience is a big plus – even better if you've led a team before
 * Retail or management experience highly valued
 * A calm and confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
 * No technical repair experience necessary – just a willingness to learn
 * Basic phone knowledge required for repair operations
 * Australian citizenship is required for this position
