**The Centre**
**Woodcrest Early Education Centre** is located next door to Woodcrest College with our entrance on Commercial Drive in Springfield. Our centre has been rated as an Exceeding Centre by the Australian Children's Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA). We can care for up to 265 children per day and offer a huge range of quality programs for our children such as bush kindy, healthy eating programs as well as language and music opportunities.
**Position details**
The right applicant will have a strong passion for teaching in the early years. You will be programming and incorporating an educational, play based program for the children in our care, as well as leading and mentoring your team.

**Skills and requirements**
- Hold/Studying towards a Diploma in Early Childhood
- Hold a current blue card
- Be an open communicator and able to build strong relationships with families and work mates
- Demonstrate a high level of written and verbal communication skills and have an intermediate level of computer skills to be able to use our programming software
- Above all be passionate about living a healthy lifestyle as this is imperative to be a role model for the children in our care

**Salary**: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
