About The Role
The Graduate Nurse Program Coordinator leads and supports the organisation in providing a structured and supported Graduate Nurse program for Registered and Enrolled Nurses. The role is responsible for identifying and managing learning opportunities and providing ongoing support for Graduate Nurses across a variety of acute care settings.

This role is focused on support of the graduates who rotate through the inpatient wards.

Key Responsibilities

* Support learning needs of inpatient graduate nurses
* Coordinate and facilitate study days to support Graduate Nurse learning and development
* Manage and direct other nursing staff within the graduate nurse support team
* Build and maintain relationships across departments to support and educate graduate nurse development and integration
* Work closely with the entire clinical leadership team to ensure success of graduate nurses

About You

* AHPRA registration
* Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent ( or willing to work toward this qualification)
* Demonstrated recent clinical experience in an acute care and/or hospital setting
* Ability to work autonomously, proficiently, and in an organised manner
* Proven ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
* A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organisation
