Design Workshop Australia is seeking a highly motivated Graduate Architect or Senior Architect to join our team in Wollongong. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in the delivery of a varying range of architectural projects, working closely with our design team and clients. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a collaborative, creative environment.

In this full-time role, you will play a key part in the delivery of a varying range of architectural projects, working closely with our design team and clients. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a collaborative, creative environment.
Responsibilities
* Preparation of architectural documentation including Concept Design, Development Application, Construction and Detail Documentation using REVIT
* Knowledge of Building Practitioners Act Requirements
* Consultant coordination and liaison
* Assist in preparation of architectural documentation to varying levels of completion i.e. Feasibility, Development Application, Construction Certificate and Documentation
* Understanding and knowledge of local authority codes (DCP and LEP), NCC, Australian Standards, ADG and Housing SEPP Requirements
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with client, council and contractors
* Demonstrated abilities to manage multiple priorities & meet deadlines
* Manage and co-ordinate the day-to-day operations of projects
* Someone well organised and motivated, with an eye for detail and the capacity to work on multiple projects.
Requirements
* Bachelor of Architecture from an Australian University or equally recognised qualification
* Revit Experience Essential
* Microsoft Office Essential
* Strong communication and time management skills
* Ability to multi-task
* Ability to work independently or within a team environment
* Strong work ethic and enthusiasm
