* Respond promptly to emails and phone calls
* Draft correspondence, meeting agendas and minutes

About the Role
This position is responsible for performing a range of administrative tasks in support of strata property management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide timely and effective responses to enquiries via email or phone
2. Prepare and distribute meeting materials including agendas, minutes and supporting documentation
3. Coordinate the preparation and distribution of reports and other documents as required
4. Assist with the planning and coordination of meetings and events
5. Perform general administrative duties as required
