Administrative Assistant 1 Role Overview

This role provides opportunities for advancement and growth within a dynamic organization.

The ideal candidate will have two years of administrative support experience, including use of office software, provision of customer service, business writing, and management of an office.


Key Responsibilities:

* Answering phones and providing information to callers
* Managing calendars and creating filing systems
* Preparing correspondence and maintaining inventory

To be successful in this role, you must complete a training and development program and advance through levels as an Administrative Assistant Trainee before becoming an Administrative Assistant 1.
