Job Description:
As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for conducting site assessments and preparing accurate estimates. You will provide detailed reports and quotes using PRIME software. Your primary goal is to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities include managing procurement of materials, allocating trades, and coordinating workflows. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders on management and allocation of works. Regular site inspections will be conducted to ensure high-quality work and compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
As the primary contact for clients, you will provide updates and address concerns to ensure high-quality work. Additionally, you will enforce health and safety standards on job sites, ensuring team compliance with safety protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in the insurance industry (essential)
* A trade qualification (preferred) or insurance industry knowledge
* Experience as an Insurance Supervisor comfortable working on-site and ready to advance in their career
* Proven skills in estimating, scoping works, and generating reports
* Strong time management abilities
* Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude
* Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively
* A valid Driver's License and a Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card)
