We’re looking for a Resort Administration Manager to become an integral part of our Resort Management team. If you're an a dministrator extraordinaire with top-tier organisational skills and a passion for customer service, this could be your perfect role.
About the Role:
This is an exciting live-in position with heavily subsidised rent, ideal for someone looking to immerse themselves in a community-focused, resort lifestyle. You’ll manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the resort, working closely with the Resort Facilities Manager and acting as a vital communication link with the operational team at GemLife head office.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing daily resort operations in line with company policies and safety standards
* Managing the resale process for homes within the resort (with commission paid for each completed sale)
* Ensuring all common areas are presented to the highest standard
* Communicating professionally and empathetically with residents
* Managing front office duties and general administration tasks
* Using company systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Who You Are:
You’re a highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellence.
You’ll also be:
* Detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Experienced in administration, ideally in a similar role
* Skilled in customer service, with a friendly and professional communication style
* Confident handling sales or resales processes
* A team player who takes ownership and works collaboratively
* A holder of a current driver’s licence
* Looking for a long-term career in a supportive and growing company
