Civil Site Engineer Location: Sunshine Coast / North Brisbane Employment Type: Long Term Contract into Full Time Sector: Civil / Urban Development / Infrastructure About the Role We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer with 2–3 years’ experience to join a growing project team delivering urban development and civil infrastructure works. This role will see you working closely with Project Engineers and Site Managers to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification, while gaining strong exposure across all aspects of project delivery. Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning and delivery of civil works, including bulk earthworks, drainage, roads, and services Interpret and work from IFC drawings, specifications, and scopes Manage and coordinate subcontractors and site crews Conduct set-outs and surveys (or liaise with survey teams) Monitor project progress and report against program and milestones Ensure all works comply with QA/QC requirements and complete ITPs Maintain accurate site records, daily diaries, and reporting Support procurement of materials and plant as required Assist with cost tracking and forecasting Ensure compliance with WHS policies and procedures Identify and escalate site issues, risks, and variations About You 2–3 years’ experience as a Site Engineer or Graduate Engineer in civil construction Exposure to urban development, subdivisions, or infrastructure projects Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent Strong understanding of earthworks, drainage, and road construction Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Experience with QA documentation, ITPs, and site reporting Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise across all levels Proactive, organised, and keen to develop your career What’s on Offer Opportunity to work with a well established and respected contractor on large-scale urban development projects Supportive team environment with strong mentorship Competitive salary package career progression How to Apply If you’re a motivated Civil Engineer looking to step up and build your career on quality projects, apply now or reach out for a confidential discussion. gavin.jacob@acrworld.com.au 0416 319 958 Looking forward to hearing from you!
