AI Developer Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Artificial Intelligence Developer to join our growing team in Ballarat. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI models and data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models to drive data insights.
* Analyse large datasets to extract actionable insights and support decision-making.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver AI solutions.
* Optimise and scale data science projects to improve efficiency and performance.
* Research and apply new technologies to enhance our AI capabilities.
* Maintain clear documentation and reporting of processes and project progress.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
* Proven experience with Python, R, or similar programming languages.
* Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, etc.).
* Hands-on experience with data analysis, statistical modelling, and predictive analytics.
* Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
