Disability Support Role

This role requires experience in care managing behaviours of concern and manual handling. The Disability Support Worker will provide active support and engage with residents who have complex needs and behaviours of concern.
* Provide quality direct support to service users in line with their support needs and plans.
* Increase service users' skills through independence, personal growth, and development.
* Implement development programs and identify learning opportunities for clients.
* Assist in delivering programs that facilitate social networks and community inclusion.
Key responsibilities include:
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Cert IV Qualified in Disability or Community Welfare.
* Current Senior First Aid Certificate.
* Unrestricted Driver Licence and ability to drive a 9-seater bus.
* NDIS workers screening check.
* Commitment to supporting individual needs and promoting equality.
