We are seeking an experienced and motivated Excavator Operator to join our clients civil construction team.
This role requires working Monday to Friday between 7AM to 5PM.

Responsibilities
* Operating excavators between 14 & 26 tonne fitted with GPS technology to carry out excavation
* Interpreting construction drawings and adhering to project guidelines and specifications
* Supporting site setup and performing earthmoving tasks as needed
* Conducting routine inspections of machinery and following safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment
* Coordinating with site supervisors to align excavation activities with overall project timelines
* Managing soil removal, grading, and leveling to prepare foundations and other civil structures
* Monitoring and adjusting excavation depth and angles to meet design requirements
* Maintaining communication with ground crew to facilitate efficient and safe operations
Your Profile
Minimum 2 years experience in a civil construction settingExperience operating machinery from 14 tonne to 26 tonne Valid C Class driver's licence (car)Mandatory
Valid White Card
EO (Excavator Only) VOC or SOA certificationFinal Trim experience is highly desirableProficient with Trimble GPS system Positive can-do attitude
