Job Description
* Manage and optimise after-sales operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Develop and implement strategies for effective customer service delivery.
* Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
* Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with the sales department to ensure seamless processes.
* Prepare reports on after-sales performance and present to management.
* Travel to sites across Australia.
The Successful Applicant
A successful After Sales Manager should have:
* Relevant qualifications in business, sales, electrical engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience in after-sales within the energy & utilities sector - power transformers experience is desirable.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Ability to travel across Australia to customer sites.
