You’ll lead end to end talent initiatives, from strategic sourcing and internal mobility to co-creating capability plans with business leaders and delivering inclusive, data-driven strategies to attract, grow, and retain high-performing talent. No two days are the same – from enterprise-wide talent projects and talent sourcing to embedding EVP and workforce insights into strategic workforce planning, this role offers the variety and impact you’ve been looking for.
