The Role
Reporting to the Regional Manager, this position is responsible for delivering the stores financial targets and company key performance indicators focusing heavily on creating a warm and genuine customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities
To drive sales, profit and ensure the achievement of all KPI's as set by the company
Provide inspirational leadership, training and developing team capability
Lead with a focus on strong people management
Maintain a focus on commercial acumen ensuring the team have an understanding of the performance of the store
Manage effective control of costs
Drive a customer centric culture creating a warm and genuine customer service experience
Adhere to all company behaviours, policies and procedures.
The Ideal Candidate will have
Proven experience in managing high sales turnover, multi-site retail fashion stores
A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service and a strong sense of personal style and presentation
Ability to manage budgets, interpreting financial reports and generating efficient rosters
Demonstrated experience in managing for profit, with a commercial approach
Experience managing the performance, training and development of a large team
Skills associated with driving productivity with team members
Demonstrated experience in managing for profit, with a commercial approach
Ability to build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders, including senior leadership.
