About the opportunity
Due to increased scopes of work during the dry season, we're seeking an experienced Painter/Blaster to join our team on the Major LNG Maintenance project based in Darwin, NT.
Project: Major LNG Maintenance Campaign ramp‐up
Duration: Long‐term project opportunity commencing April to October/November 2026
Hours of Work: 10.5‐hour shifts Monday–Thursday, 7.6 hours on Fridays, 10.5‐hour shifts Saturday–Sunday (subject to operational requirements), scheduled non‐working day every second Sunday.
Rate: Competitive hourly rate with penalties.
About you
You're a safety‐minded, team‐focused professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and contributes to a strong site culture.
Requirements:
* Minimum 4 years experience as Painter/Blaster, preferably within the Oil and Gas industry.
* Hold the following Nationally Accredited Qualifications: OHS Card (CPCCWHS1001 White Card), Certificate III in Surface Preparation and Coating Application (desirable but not necessary).
* Ability to pass a project‐specific pre‐employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen.
* Genuine concern for safety and the wellbeing of your team.
