Duties and Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales and operational objectives.
* Develop and execute strategies aligned with regional and state goals.
* Manage financial performance including profit loss cost control and inventory.
* Ensure exceptional customer service and prompt resolution of customer inquiries.
* Champion workplace safety compliance and team wellbeing.
* Coordinate staff training recruitment payroll and human resources activities.
* Maintain accurate reporting and communication with senior management.
Requirements
* A proven track record in sales leadership or similar roles is required.
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail are necessary.

* A current Australian driver's license is mandatory.
* Intermediate computer literacy is expected.
