Responsibilities
* Overseeing fleet compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies.
* Developing and delivering training programs for drivers and fleet users.
* Conducting audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
* Collaborating with teams to promote a culture of safety and accountability.
* Supporting continuous improvement in fleet operations and training practices.
What You\'ll Bring
* Relevant Qualifications/Completed Modules in Training and Assessment for Verification of Competency.
* Experience in the heavy vehicle industry, particularly in Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and National Heavy Vehicle Law (NHVL).
* Experience in developing theory and practical training packages.
* Proven ability in assessing competency of operational staff.
* Highly developed organisational, written and oral communication skills.
* Proven ability to interpret legislation, regulations, standards and codes of practice to ensure compliance and practical application.
We Would Also Love You To Have
* General Construction Induction Card.
* Heavy vehicle and/or plant operating experience.
* Knowledge of Local Government functions, particularly in fleet management.
Remuneration and How to Apply
This position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from $80,529 to $93,588.
