Residential Sales Manager
We are seeking an experienced Sales professional to join our Residential team. This role will focus on managing customer relationships within the Residential Housing Segment, ensuring sales and profitability targets are met while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage business transactions with strong ethical, safety, and compliance standards.
* Undertake sales activities to achieve and exceed sales targets, providing exceptional customer service.
* Contribute to segment and customer strategy development, identifying opportunities for value-added products and services.
* Maintain strong multilevel relationships with targeted customers and decision makers.
* Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle and manage accounts to acceptable debtor levels.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product development.
* Report and record sales activities via reports and CRM.
Candidate Requirements:
* Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
* Able to present and lead discussions with customers, providing product training.
* Self-motivated, driven, enthusiastic, and resilient, with the ability to operate autonomously.
* Basic competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* SAP and CRM Salesforce experience preferred.
* Current Victorian Driver's License required.
* A minimum of 3 years external sales experience.
* Building industry knowledge and experience preferred but not essential.
