The POSITION
We are developing a highly skilled and experienced corporate fine dining hospitality casual team we are calling ‘Team Elevate’, to work in our most premium fine dining corporate venues around Melbourne.
THE PERSON
* At least 3 years of experience in a corporate dining environment, 5-star hotel, fine dining, or Hatted/Michelin Star restaurant.
* Polished, professional, and hospitality focused with a friendly smile, customer centric, with good communication (written & verbal).
* Ability to multitask and collaborate with a well organised team.
* Provide discrete hospitality service and be adaptable to change.
* Experienced in advanced function, restaurant and event experience and advanced food safety knowledge.
* Skilled in 3 plate carry, silver service, advanced barista coffee skills, with contemporary advanced food and wine knowledge.
* Maintain impeccable presentation and grooming standards and demonstrate strong customer service skills and customer service experience including the ability to “think outside the box” when faced with issues.
* Proven to be self-motivated and work under pressure whilst prioritising to key deadlines and communicate effectively with a wide range of customers at a variety of levels.
