Overview of the Role
We currently have exciting opportunities available for a parts interpreter / clerk to work alongside our Parts team in Smeaton Grange. The successful applicants must possess a high level of self-motivation, professionalism, and excellent customer service skills.
Reporting to the Parts Manager your day to day duties include:
* Greeting and serving customers
* Writing and invoicing customer paperwork
* Face to Face and phone enquiries.
* Supply general advice/quotations – parts interpreting
* Following up customer requirements
* Ensuring parts ordered and delivered are accurate
* Utilising our internal computer system
* Follow all internal processes and procedures
