Parts Interpreter
Key Responsibilities:
As a Parts Interpreter, you will play a vital role in supporting customers by identifying and supplying agricultural machinery parts.
You will assist customers with parts enquiries, identify correct parts using catalogues, diagrams, supplier databases, and workshop knowledge, and prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders accurately and efficiently.
Key Skills Required:
* Excellent communication skills to provide customer service via phone, email, and in-store
* Strong analytical skills to identify correct parts using various sources
* Organizational skills to manage warehouse operations and inventory control
* Product knowledge of combine harvester components and aftermarket alternatives
