This role does not have a permanent home base as you will travel between remote communities to provide relief support to our Supermarket stores when required.

* Train and mentor local team members
* Deliver on ALPA's nutrition policy
* Work with merchandising, nutrition and local stakeholders to meet community needs

What We Are Looking For...
* Experience using electronic retail systems for stock control, point of sale and staff management
* Strong interpersonal skills that can be adapted to meet the needs of people from all education levels, language abilities and cultures
* Ability to manage the unique challenges of remote communities including limited resources, unpredictable supply chains and cultural considerations/sensitivities
