The JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa is seeking enthusiastic candidates to join our F&B team at the Chapter & Verse Bar.

Responsibilities
* Ensure efficient, friendly and professional service is provided to all guests
* Warmly welcome & serve our guests
* Be an expert on the hotel, know it inside and out to ensure our guests receive a dynamic service experience
* Meet & connect with our guests and give them an experience beyond their expectations
* Assisting all guests with menu, dietary requirements and recommendations
* Ensuring accuracy with requests, orders and service delivery
* Use of Infrasys system
* Stock ice, glassware and paper supplies
* Ensuring all service areas are immaculate
* Promoting safety and support WHS practices
Successful Candidates will have
* Previous experience in food & beverage service, ideally in a hotel environment
* Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card (RSA)
* Has a positive, can-do attitude
* Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
* Barista skills advantageous
* Beverage knowledge desirable
* Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
