We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team.
This role involves working closely with clients to assess their energy needs, provide expert advice, and manage the full sales cycle from initial consultation to final installation.
The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of solar PV technology, battery systems, and grid requirements. They will be able to interpret technical data and produce client-friendly proposals.
Key Responsibilities
* Consult with residential and commercial clients to understand their energy consumption patterns and goals
* Design and recommend suitable solar PV and battery storage solutions
* Prepare and present technical proposals, quotes, and ROI analyses
* Conduct site assessments and liaise with engineers and installers
* Maintain strong customer relationships and manage the sales pipeline using CRM software
* Stay up-to-date on industry products, rebates, and regulatory changes
* Meet individual and team sales targets
* Provide post-sales support and technical guidance as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in engineering, renewable energy, electrical, or related technical field (preferred)
* Minimum 2 years' experience in technical or solution-based sales, ideally in the solar or electrical sector
* Strong knowledge of solar PV technology, battery systems, and grid requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to interpret technical data and produce client-friendly proposals
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Current Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel locally
