Job Overview
This senior HR position involves providing expert consultancy and advisory services on complex people matters across the organization.
The incumbent undertakes specialist projects to support executive leadership, working as a conduit between business units and entities covered by service level agreements, and the broader HR team.
Main Responsibilities
1. Provide authoritative advice to executive leaders and other senior managers on novel and complex HR matters requiring tact, high-level negotiation skills, and subject matter expertise.
2. Lead and implement strategic workforce programs, including providing expert guidance to managers to help improve performance, productivity, and culture across the organization.
3. Build and maintain effective partnering relationships with executives, senior managers, and team leaders to gain insights into their needs, challenges, and opportunities and offer tailored solutions accordingly.
4. Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure the delivery of services aligned to business needs.
