We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to support the delivery of medical education and training programs in psychiatry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative assistance during training sessions.
* Manage attendance records, feedback systems, databases, and filing.
* Draft correspondence, agendas, and minutes as required.
* Oversee invoicing, reimbursements, and other financial functions.
* Support accreditation activities and prevocational JMO rostering.
A typical week may include Monday orientation for new JMOs, Wednesday support for grand rounds and formal education sessions, Thursday facilitation of JMO education sessions, and Friday general administrative duties and team meetings.
Requirements
* Demonstrated experience in high-level administrative support with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
* Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
* A customer-focused approach including conflict resolution skills.
* Knowledge of RANZCP, HETI, AHPRA, and NSW Health processes.
