Your responsibilities will include delivering bore headworks and pumping station designs, diagnosing and mitigating water supply network issues, and working collaboratively as part of a team.
About this role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer with piping system expertise to join our friendly team based out of our client project office. You will have the opportunity to work on a design project aimed at supplying raw and potable water infrastructure to meet the demands of various mining areas.
Required skills and qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
* 8+ years of experience in mechanical engineering with specific piping system design experience.
* Able to work collaboratively as part of a team while also possessing strong self-motivation and the capability to deliver tasks independently.
* Experience in hydraulic design using Bentley WaterGEMS and/or Fluidflow.
* Demonstrated expertise in Non-Process Infrastructure design and construction.
