We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual for a Site Administrator role based locally in Moranbah. Reporting directly to the site Operations Manager, you will take ownership of site-based administrative functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Your new role
Immediate key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
* Providing administrative support to Project Managers across various tasks
* Ensuring prompt action is taken on all site access requests
* Assisting with timesheet management
* Supporting procurement and inventory control for site supplies
* Handling general office administration, including correspondence, reporting, and data entry
* Ensuring compliance with site safety standards and company procedures
* Coordinating and liaising with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers
What you'll need to succeed
Immediate key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
* Previous experience in site administration
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and KRONUS
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance
* BMA Standard 11 & Core Induction
What you'll get in return
You will be working in Moranbah and home every night! This is a Monday to Friday role, with hours from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The role is set to commence on Monday, 28th April, and will run through until the end of June. Any potential extensions will be advised at the end of the contract. Please note: Candidates must be based locally in Moranbah, as accommodation is not provided for this role. Pay rate: $41.24 per hour + super, paid weekly.
