**About The Role**
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic Fleet Manager whose primary focus will be to ensure optimised performance of TTi's ANZ fleet. A key focus of this role will be to ensure continuous improvement and exceptional employee experience outcomes are at the forefront.
**Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager ANZ your day-to-day duties will include**:
- Oversee the governance, controls and performance standards for all ANZ fleet vehicles
- Partner closely with fleet providers/ vendors to ensure optimum performance of all systems of work, processes and service agreements
- Identify and implement solutions for automation and continuous improvement
- Produce quarterly fleet performance and insights reports to senior management, including cost reviews and driver behaviour insights.
- Liaise with stakeholders on production stages of vehicles, both replacement and new
- Oversee vehicle accident/incident insurance claim processes including fleet repairs
- Manage capital expenditure relating to fleet vehicles and review month end invoicing
- Provide mentoring and leadership
- Manage admin for vehicle changes and data for FBT reporting
**About You**
**Ideally you will have a previous experience in a similar Fleet Management role within a growing, fast paced industry and excellent stakeholder engagement skills in addition to the following attributes**:
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of fleet management practices is highly advantageous
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel
- Strong written communication and numeracy skills
- Highly professional and committed approach
- Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and work well under pressure
- Strong ability to multi task and prioritise
