Job Description As a Managing Consultant (Mobility) within Egis’ Transport business line, your role involves managing client relationships, developing proposals, and delivering technical excellence and client satisfaction on projects across the ANZ region. What You’ll Do Lead and manage a team to meet client and project requirements, ensuring successful delivery within time and budget Identify and qualify new clients, develop pursuit plans, and manage bid activities Generate new work and maintain existing client relationships for profitable business Provide expertise in traffic engineering, land use/transport integration, and approval processes Advise clients on transport planning, infrastructure, and network design for various modes Develop and implement project recommendations within budget and schedule Undertake traffic impact assessments and business case analyses Qualifications Applicants should have at least 10 years’ experience in a similar consultancy role, with: Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g., Urban Planning, Transport Planning, Engineering, Business, Economics) Understanding of transport and urban planning, placemaking, and assessments Experience with public sector projects and team leadership Project management skills across full project cycles Success in proposal development and business pursuits GIS experience is desirable Strong communication and critical thinking skills Additional Information Flexible work arrangements are considered.
