Your Key Responsibilities
* Owns end-to-end business performance including orders, revenue, margin, forecasting and utilisation. Develops go-to-market strategies, service offerings, and business development programs to grow the Advisory & Professional Services portfolio, in partnership with field sales, account directors, channel partners, and global business units.

* Champions talent development, team culture and performance management across geographically distributed teams. Builds advisory and technical capability, supports skill development programs, and nurtures a resilient, customer-focused, and innovative team environment. Leads from the front by facilitating executive workshops, presenting at customer events, and shaping transformation roadmaps at C-suite and board level.

* P&L ownership and commercial accountability for professional services, including pipeline management, forecasting, utilisation optimisation, profitability, and margin improvement.
* Proven experience building and growing consulting and professional services practices in enterprise infrastructure, hybrid cloud, and emerging AI domains.
* Deep technical and domain understanding of hybrid cloud architectures, private and sovereign cloud, data centre transformation, high performance compute, automation, Kubernetes and cloud-native platforms, data management, and AI/ML solution patterns.
* Demonstrated track record in strategy development and consultative selling, including shaping complex transformation programs, constructing business cases (ROI, TCO, NPV, IRR), and aligning executive stakeholders around investment decisions.
* Experience managing strategic technology and ecosystem partnerships, ideally including hyperscale cloud providers, platform vendors, and AI solution partners (Microsoft, Red Hat, Nvidia, VMware/Broadcom, Nutanix, and others).
* Capability to lead engagements with senior customer stakeholders, including executive presentations, whiteboarding, strategic advisory workshops, and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into business outcomes.
* Strong commercial negotiation skills, including reviewing RFP/RFI responses, contract structuring, terms negotiation, risk identification and mitigation for large professional services engagements.
* Proven delivery governance experience across multi-stream transformation programs, including project initiation, PMO leadership, milestone-based delivery models, resource planning, escalation management, service recovery, and customer satisfaction improvement.
* Ability to translate market signals, customer demand, and technology trends into new service offerings, GTM programs, and capability development roadmaps for the organisation.
* Highly collaborative operating style with experience working in matrix environments and across sales, delivery, finance, operations, and global/regional leadership stakeholders.
