About the Position
In this newly created position, you will liaise with a wide variety of stakeholders across the growing PRP practice network. Your responsibilities will include:
* Office administration involving telephone, mail, stationery, banking, filing and email handling.
* Receipting
* Accounts payable and receivable
* General accounting work for the Finance Team
* General office and administrative duties as required
About You
You must be a highly organised and efficient individual who is able to maintain a high level of accuracy when completing tasks. You will have a positive attitude and be seeking an opportunity to join a collaborative team and organisation. An ability to learn new skills will be critical to your success together with being able to complete tasks unsupervised. You must have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office.
