The role.
* Process outbound sales orders for our ANZ coffee customers
* Provide a high level of customer communication and support
* Communicate order status with customers
* Process credit notes
* Issue return orders and book stock back on
* Email invoices and statements as requested by customers
* Track freight movements and request freight quotes
* Be the point of contact with the warehouse for stock movements
* Set up new customers and update customer details
* Communicate end of month inventory to customers
* Investigate customer complaints regarding deliveries.

* Intermediate MS Office skills, D365 experience beneficial.
