* Improving visibility of capacity,workloadand delivery bottlenecks.
* Supporting better resource allocation across teams.
* Standardising core processes where consistency will improve quality and efficiency.
* Strengthening systems, workflow tools,automationand practical use of AI.
* Working with the experienced Admin Manager to ensure support functionsremainwell connected to the firm's operating rhythm.
