As Customer Service Officer, you will have previous NDIS experience together with a real desire to help people with a disability. Key responsibilities include: Assisting participants with queries on their plans Dealing with Support Coordinators and providing relevant plan information Liaising with people over the phone and by email, responding in a timely manner and providing the best possible Customer Service Your Profile You'll bring previous NDIS Customer Service experience as well as excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
