Your Role
We're now looking to expand our clinic and have two Clinical Trial Assistant roles available for our clinic team based in Joondalup. This role comes with a varied shift pattern, including some evenings, weekends, and public holidays on a rotational basis — perfect if you like mixing up your week. If the classic 9–5 isn't your thing, this offers a refreshing bit of flexibility and variety.
In this role, you'll team up with the Research Nurse and collaborate with the wider clinic crew to bring clinical trials to life. From hands-on assessments to key clinical activities, you'll help keep everything running smoothly, ensuring each study is delivered with precision, care, and in line with the study protocol. It's a dynamic role where science meets teamwork — and every day makes a difference.
Your Tasks to be converted to a proper list:
* Teaming up with the Research Nurse and clinic team to help with hands-on clinical tasks like ECGs, vital signs, and collecting blood and other samples — full training provided
* Carry out study activities at the right times, keeping everything accurate and on track
* Record participant information carefully using our online systems
* Chat with participants to arrange appointments for procedures and check-ins, ensuring they feel informed and organized
Your Experience
We'd love someone with experience in a clinical, hospital, or healthcare setting — but it's not a must, as full training is provided. What really matters is being a great team player, feeling comfortable in a fast-paced environment, keeping standards high, and being happy to work shifts.
* Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative team environment
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple tasks
* Ability to work in adherence to strict policies and procedures
