Supported by qualified PBS Leaders, you will work in an environment that promotes clinical skill development through a robust support structure.As a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will deliver community, clinic, and telehealth services to NDIS participants of all ages, supported by a multidisciplinary team.Opportunities are available in Adelaide, with flexibility to work in the community, in-home, and clinic settings.The primary goal of this role is to improve the quality of life for individuals and those around them. Responsibilities include:Building relationships with participants and stakeholdersConducting Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA)Developing and implementing Behaviour Support Plans, including function-based strategiesProviding stakeholder training and educationReviewing and reducing restrictive practices per NDIS Quality and Safeguards guidelinesCollecting data and monitoring progressSkills and experience requiredWe believe talented clinicians are nurtured, not just found.
