Job Summary
The Field Installer Repairer plays a vital role in delivering end-to-end installation of Telstra's telecommunications networks, ensuring seamless service delivery.
About the role
As a Field Service Technician, you will work independently to activate and assure telecommunications and technology products and services in residential and business settings.
You will join a diverse team to achieve excellent customer and commercial outcomes.
Multiple positions are available across the country; candidates should reside in or be willing to relocate to the specified locations.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver quality service, installation, and fault rectification.
Maintain and install copper and fibre networks, including fault finding and jointing.
Manage customer premises equipment and troubleshoot in rural or remote areas.
Qualifications
Applicants must hold relevant licenses and qualifications, including:
Certificate I/II in Telecommunications
Open cabling license
Traffic management qualifications
Industry white card
Support for training on traffic management and white card certificates is available.
Vaccination against Covid-19 is required, subject to individual circumstances.
