The Role 
As a Payroll Officer, you will take ownership of payroll processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy across the board. 
From managing new starters and processing payroll terminations to updating employment changes and maintaining employee records, your organisational expertise will shine. 
You'll also be responsible for preparing reconciliations, assisting in audits, and addressing payroll queries with a proactive approach. 
Key responsibilities include: 
Overseeing regular payroll processing and reconciliations 
Maintaining employee records and ensuring payroll compliance 
Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering queries 
Supporting audits and preparing detailed reporting 
Collaborating with HR and Finance teams to optimise processes
