Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner to join our team as a locum from May 26th to June 22nd. The successful candidate will provide primary healthcare services, manage chronic conditions, and contribute to the overall well-being of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct patient consultations and physical examinations Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses Prescribe medications and treatments as necessary Order and interpret diagnostic tests Provide health education and preventive care advice Maintain accurate medical records Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Stay updated with medical advancements and best practices
Qualifications and Requirements:
Medical degree from an accredited institution Current AHPRA registration Experience as a General Practitioner Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities Ability to work effectively in a team environment Commitment to providing patient-centered care Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development
