Job Title: Life Enrichment Coordinator
The role of Life Enrichment Coordinator involves coordinating activities and therapies to promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of residents in an aged care environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate recreational activities such as arts and crafts, games, and outings.
* Work with the Lifestyle Coordinator to design, deliver, and monitor individualized activity programs.
* Ensure all activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
* Document resident activity profiles and maintain accurate records.
* Facilitate community engagement opportunities for residents.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* A Certificate 3 or 4 in Leisure & Lifestyle/Divisional Therapy or a related field.
* Relevant experience working in an aged care environment.
* Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite and other computer software.
