Synergie Australia is seeking a CRM Developer for a trusted client located in the ACT.
The important parts:
* Pay: $61–$67 per hour + Super | ⏳ Duration: 12-month contract (potential for extension)
* Hours: Monday–Friday, rotating roster between 8:00am–6:00pm | 40 hrs per week
What you will be required to do:
Join a high-impact government digital team delivering CRM enhancements within an enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment. You will develop and configure CRM modules, extend Dynamics 365/Dataverse capabilities, build workflows and Power Automate solutions, and support integrations with enterprise systems including Azure SQL, TechOne, and Power Pages. Working in an agile multidisciplinary team, you will help deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable CRM solutions while contributing to technical design, documentation, and release processes.
* Configure and develop Dynamics 365 CRM modules, entities, forms, views, and dashboards
* Build plugins, workflows, business rules, and Power Automate flows
* Develop integrations across Azure SQL, finance systems, Power Pages, and external APIs
* Implement CRM security models, auditing, and access controls
* Contribute to agile ceremonies, documentation, and BAU handover
To be successful in the role you will:
* Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse / Power Platform
* Hands-on expertise in plugins, workflows, Power Automate, and CRM customisation
* Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD, ALM, and release management for Power Platform
* Knowledge of integrations using Dataverse API, Azure Service Bus, REST, C#/.NET
* Current Baseline Security Clearance required at commencement
