We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Office Services Clerk, playing a vital part in maintaining a cohesive and productive work environment by collaborating closely with teams across reception, food service, and mailroom, as well as the Assistant Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing office maintenance requests and coordinating with external contractors when necessary;
* Assisting with workspace relocations and general office upkeep;
* Monitoring kitchen appliances, chair repairs, and downlighting systems;
* Preparing meeting rooms and video conference facilities;
* Coordinating room preparations for client and staff events;
* Handling audio-visual equipment requests;
* Supporting new employee onboarding processes;
* Ordering office supplies and replenishing inventory as needed;
* Occasional interstate travel for office relocation or project-related tasks;
* Ongoing ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
