The Opportunity You’ll benefit from the support of an experienced and motivated Commercial leadership team while providing end-to-end subcontractor contract administration, including but not limited to: Cost and head contract management Establishing appropriate management plans aligned with contract risks and opportunities Preparing subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules across multiple trades Managing progress claims and variations Demonstrating understanding of construction practices, sequencing, and value-driven goals Cost and project reporting via CHEOPS and Aconex – training provided What We’re Looking For Senior construction/building contract/commercial management experience, including head and subcontract administration Proven ability to lead subcontractor/trade administration on medium to large built form projects Industry-relevant degree qualification Familiarity with Contract Law principles and construction-specific Acts, codes, and regulations Confident and collaborative communicator Self-motivated with the ability to drive outcomes independently Strong appreciation for systems and processes Please note that unsolicited CVs from agencies will not be accepted.
