The Client Services team is committed to delivering a service module that provides, recognised and sustained value, provides service excellence and positions CCS as the partner of choice for our clients.
The team is focused on a portfolio of accounts mainly in the segments relative to Banking, Utilities, Superannuation, and Insurance.
**Some of your key responsibilities will include**:
- Building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver timely, high quality communication outcomes
- Coordinate and manage client-requested jobs from initiation stage to completion to deliver outcomes for our customers
- The Client Delivery Consultant is responsible for delivering quality service to our clients. This will be achieved through a full understanding of clients' business needs and managing all requirements in meeting milestones through the lifecycle of client projects
